• Name, contact details, and date of birth (for participants, parents/carers, or staff)

• Special category information where necessary (e.g., health or support needs)

• Any information required to deliver services, projects, or comply with legal obligations

• Provide and manage our projects and services

• Communicate with you about events, bookings, or services

• Comply with legal, regulatory, and funding requirements

3. How We Store and Share Data

• Data is stored securely in password-protected cloud storage (Dropbox) and on password-protected devices.

• Paper records, where used, are stored in locked cabinets.

• Access is limited to authorised staff (currently two directors only).

• Data may be shared with partners or funders only when necessary and in line with GDPR.

4. How Long We Keep Data

Data is retained for 6 years following the end of a service or project, unless a safeguarding or legal requirement necessitates longer retention.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your data

• Request correction or deletion

• Restrict or object to processing

• Withdraw consent at any time (where relevant)
